We are not a software company that discovered agencies. We ran them.

Ancor started with a simple frustration: the tools agencies are forced to stitch together, and how none of them tell you the truth about the work. There had to be a better way to run the work and the business at the same time.

Our mission

Five tools that never talk to each other. Or one that does.

The creative work is not the hard part. What breaks agencies is everything around it, and most of that runs on tools never built for the job. Spreadsheets duct-taped to a task board. Time tracked in an app that doesn't talk to budgets. Client updates pieced together from screenshots and message threads.

We are building one place where the work, the hours and the money sit together, so you stop being the thing that joins them up.

In practice that means the plan, the timesheet, the budget and the client's sign-off are one system. Someone logs an hour on Tuesday and the money on that job moves the same day, instead of at the end of the quarter.

We got tired of finding out too late. So we built the thing that tells you early.

Most project software is built for engineering teams or big enterprises. It does a few things very well and misses what matters most to an agency: whether a project is making money, who on the team is overloaded, the chaos of client feedback, and whether the work a client approved was ever really signed off.

We kept hearing the same stories. Projects delivered on time but at a loss, because nobody caught the overrun until the quarter closed. Good people burning out because the workload was invisible. Account managers spending half of Monday writing status updates that should have been automatic. Work billed as "approved" that the client later swore they never signed off on. Ancor goes after that at the root, not with one more integration.

Every tool trusts what you type into it. We trust what actually happened.

Every feature answers one question: does this help you run the agency as a business? So budget and margin live inside project management, not in a separate sheet. Time tracking sits on every task, not in another app. Client approvals are read from what the client actually did, not a status field someone flipped. AI planning works from your team's real, finished projects, not an abstract notion of "available hours."

We're not trying to be everything to everyone. Ancor is built for agencies of every kind that deliver work for clients: design, marketing, branding, social, content, performance, and digital agencies, plus studios, consultancies, and dev shops. If that's you, you will recognise every problem on this page.

What we believe

Every product has rules it will not break. These are ours.

01

Agencies are businesses first

Great work has to make money to last. Every feature treats the health of the business as seriously as the quality of the output.

02

Simplicity is not a tradeoff

Software that does a lot does not have to be hard to use. Ancor stays simple even when the data underneath is messy. Setup takes minutes, not weeks.

03

Connected data beats integrated tools

The problem with most stacks isn't that any one tool is bad. It's that they don't talk to each other. Ancor keeps everything in one place, connected from the start.

04

AI should help you decide, not decide for you

We're skeptical of AI that just adds noise. Ancor's AI is held to one test: does it help you ship faster or think more clearly? If not, it doesn't ship.

05

Teams are made of people

Utilization and capacity matter, but so does the person behind the number. When someone good leaves, you lose a year of what they knew and the clients who trusted them. That is why Ancor watches the late nights and the weekend hours.

06

Your customers' success is ours

We grow when agencies grow. That shapes every call, from pricing to what we build next. We're building a tool that makes agencies better, not a feature factory.

Who's behind Ancor

Rushabh Porwal, Founder.

Rushabh spent years in the agency world before building Ancor OS, and lived the gap between great client work and the mess behind it: the spreadsheets, the disconnected tools, the projects that shipped on time and still lost money. That's the frustration that started the company.

He founded Ancor OS in 2026, headquartered in India, with one goal: give agencies a single connected place to run the work and the business at the same time. You can reach him or follow along on LinkedIn.
