How much did you deliver last month and not bill?
Upload last month's deliverable tracker. We count what was delivered past what the SOW or retainer included, at your own rates, and show you the figure in about two minutes. The full breakdown comes to your inbox.
How it works
- 01Export last month's tracker as a CSV or Excel file. One row per deliverable type is enough.
- 02We compare what was included with what was delivered, line by line, and price the extra at the rate in your sheet.
- 03Anything we cannot read honestly is left out and listed, so the figure is a floor you can check against your own books.
| Client | Deliverable | Included | Delivered | Rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Client A | Social statics | 10 | 16 | 2500 |
| Client B | Reels | 5 | 7 | 15000 |
Column names like As per SOW, Planned, Actual, Executed and Unit price also work. Not sure your sheet fits? Download a sample tracker and try it first.
Questions
Is my tracker stored?
No. The file is read in memory to work out the figure and is discarded when the check finishes. We keep your name, agency, email, team size and the headline figure so we can follow up.
What columns does the tracker need?
One row per deliverable type, with how many were included in the SOW or retainer, how many were delivered, and the rate. A client column is optional. Common names like Included, As per SOW, Delivered, Actual and Rate are recognised.
Why might the real figure be higher?
Lines that cannot be read honestly, such as a running total instead of one month, or an overage with no rate, are left out and listed. The figure is a floor you can check against your own books.
What is Ancor?
Ancor is software for running an agency: planning, people, delivery and billing in one place. It does this check every week on live projects, so extra work shows up while it can still be billed. See pricing.
